More Microsoft Money problems?

I have just installed Microsoft Service Pack 2.
I can no longer get in to my Microsoft Money file!
It says the password is incorrect.
I know of the earlier problem with Microsoft Money ,and that Microsoft issued a fix. 'I' was one of those caught up in the porblem (where we were frozen out of our files for a week until they fixed their password verification system).
Is anyone else having problems with their Microsoft Money programs? (I'm using Money2002 BTW.)
I've also tried opening the exact same file on a laptop PC that doesn't have SP2 installed. It opened fine. Hence I have to assume it is caused by SP2 - though don't know if it also has something to do with the earlier problem.
Help, anyone...?
Cheers,
Don

Consider SP2 a security patch. You have to admit that your system is more secure. All I can suggest is the obvious in contacting Microsoft for support. There may be Microsoft victim support forums for the Money package.

I haven't looked at this page too deeply yet but it lists all the Programmes that conflict with SP2. Microsoft Money isn't on the list at first glance but it might link to any potential fixes.

Thanks.
I suspect this list of 'problem programmes' will increase as more and more people apply SP2 and discover problems.
However, rather than wait to see if there IS a problem with Money 2002 and SP2, I've just upgraded to Money 2004 instead. It had no problem opening my data file with my existing password.

So the service pack forced you to to upgrade your Micro$oft Money package. That seems a good deal that does not get the public attention it deserves.
