As above though a deeper reading would suggest that there is more to this than meets the eye.

You're a business so the rules are different and it could actually lead to MORE people buying from you as a Registered Business Seller on Ebay because they know they'd have statutory rights in law that don't apply to private sales.

A lot of buyers don't differentiate between business and private accounts. If buyers think that ebay means no protection then I lose out regardless of being a business.
