It's often been said that if you want to be management, you have to act like management..... The problem is most people think that to be management means acting like the biggest a55hole on the planet.
It sound to me, like this is what this person is doing....
He'll get in with the management and before you know it, you'll be public enemy number one. The only way to win is get in there first.... Do not let it get to you, do not let it make you angry or allow it to put distance between you and everyone else.
This is just like school playground bullying on a much more serious scale.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
