My phone developed a fault within 2 weeks of having it, returned via special delivery the next day. 4 weeks on still no phone, apparantly they have run out of stock & don't know when they're expected in.
The customer service team is the worse i have come across & that's saying something. These guys are apparantly owned by CPW, but when you call them, they wash their hands off you.
I really wish i had never dealt with these ppl. On friday i had to wonder the dark streets in an unsavoury part of london with 2 young babies, as my car had broken down & i had to call the aa , i was livid, i really don't know how to handle this further, any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

I think that if they are not able to repair or replace the item within a reasonable amount of time, you are entitled to a refund instead
