Natwest amazing ISA offer

I recieved an invitation thru post today from NOTBEST to make the most of this years tax free isa allowance,The invitation contained all the usual info including a standing order form of instruction or a lump sum pay in form, even an ISAS made easy booklet,in all there are 4 pages of utter contempt aimed at customers,There isnt even a mention of an "interest rate". What an offer eh ? What is the offer? maybe I should just send em my money.

Agree.
Natwest...helpful banking.
One of the most annoying adverts on the box, bearing in mind how unhelpful they usually are.0 -
I bet it's 2% or less.
They are so uncompetitive.0 -
Natwest had excellent rates a couple of years ago. I wish they didn't, as their customer service was appalling as a result.0

The amazing offer is presumably that if you send them the money quickly, they'll process it before 5th April and make sure you get this year's ISA allowance.0
