    it's referring to the user, thats me, and friday-ad

    Friday-ad will be paying them for using their ads. Otherwise gumtree would be taking action against them!

    If that were the case, why do they call people up to ask if they can reproduce your ad on friday-ad.co.uk ? In my case, no phone call, but they have called me previously when selling other cars in the past (and told them no).

    Perhaps Gumtree say they can use the ad provided the client doesn't mind.
