Yes they had a wardrobe last year had the invoice and everything, move a my furnisher in my bed room, then days later they canciled saying out of stock, no one on this forum got the wardrobe. I wont do that again

That happened to me loads of times - they don't have any in stock but they still keep putting them back onto their website.
Nothing to do with your card etc.
No explanation is ever forthcoming from their customer services team who
seem to adopt the attitude of 'ignore the customer and they will go away'.

Hi ev1 - same thing happened to me in nov 06 with these exact beds - not saying to much as I have spoken to head office and sent them email as well but will be contacting DTI and trading standards, I would suggest the same to those of you who have ordered if it is not forfilled. I have the head office debenham email address if anybody would like it to send your complaints
