Yes I believe they can its obviously a miss price that being bunk beds with mattress was cheaper than without etc.

Shame if you didn't get it, it was worth a try anyhow, occasional some retailers will allow it, must wont these days.

Hi - my order went through and I got an email off them confirming everything then yesterday I get a letter saying that they were sorry but they were out of stock and so my order was cancelled - debenhams really should of honoured the orders who got confirmation emails instead of just cancelling them (I know that they werent under any obligation to) but according to my letter they were at the price of £26.99???

Once again it seems that debenhams are not honouring their prices, this seems to happen a bit to often with them, maybe you should all complain to consumer direct or trading standards:A

These beds actually reappeared in the wee hours of this morning.
I gave it another go and the order went through.
Just received another cancellation email!
These guys are muppets!

Just gave it another go and they have accepted the order again!
I am now going to contact them.
Beds are still on their site if you search under bunk beds!

Has anyone received their beds yet?

I received the order confirmation on 13-Nov, but haven't received a cancellation email (yet!!)

I'm not really expecting delivery...just wondered if anyone else had received the beds!

has any1 printed the page out as it is advertised as £26.99 ?? redmoorphil keep your confirmations cos it proves that it was back in stock at that price as of yesterday!!!

I finally received my beds on friday after many phonecalls to debenhams and I must say I am very very pleased with them:)

what did Debenhams say when you spoke to them? Did they initially try to refuse the order?
Who did you speak to, was it their customer services?

I've not had any contact from them since placing my order on the 13th Nov (not even a cancellation email!)
