Hi, I have an Acer Laptop running XP home edition. My desktop runs Windows 98se, I was going to upgrade the Desktop, however, over the past couple of years I have added memory and upped the Graphics aswell as a few other tweeks.
Now the set up discs I got from Acer obviously included a XP OS. Can I upgrade the desktop by putting these discs in and will it then run the XP system, would I need to uninstall anything. Any foreseeable problems?
Cheers...............
