Bathroom Heaven?

Please has anyone bought from Bathroom Heaven? They are the only place I can find the item I want but I have found some pretty awful reviews of the company online. My gut feeling says to avoid them but wanted to see if anyone here had anything good to say about them first.

If you've already seen poor online reviews, why are you still even considering them?

What they are selling is unlikely to be totally unique. You'd be better off to keep looking for an alternative supplier, IMHO.

Thanks, I know that you are absolutely right, I can see trouble coming a mile off before I even order. Unfortunately I have only found the bath I want at one other website - and when I phoned them to see if they had it in stock they said it is discontinued. This a such a shame as it is perfect for my needs and the only alternative is a tiny bath 1300 x 700 which is going to look rather naff.

I was hoping against the odds that a drove of folk would suddenly post telling me how great they are.

Why, oh why do I have to be awkward and fall in love with stuff I cannot have grrr. I know paying by credit card will give me some protection but cannot face the hassle so I must console myself that I`ll have to buy something else. It is just hard having to compromise when nothing else looks quite as nice.
