Tcp parking fines?

hi there i parked in Staples where they have a TCP officer handing out fines...usually i park there for the 2hours and then move it to work once more spaces are free

i forgot today and car was there for 2 and a half hours got back to find a fine? its 30 within 14days 60 after that

i am reading that TCP cannot enforce this payment? need advise with what to do

  • so they cannot get a CCJ against me or anything are you sure? i have been reading and as far at it looks they will just "invoice " me and i ignore all they send out

    to get a ccj against you they would have to take you to court, and they wont.

    Slight correction there, they would have to take you to court ( which they wont ), you would have to loose the case ( which you wouldnt with the correct defence ), they then would want their money - you dont pay - then and only then can they get a ccj or bailiff.

    TCP are shysters and dont do court anyhow so yeah ignore 99.99999% guaranteed not to goto or anywhere near court.

  • wickid thanks for your reply muckybutt so in any case i shuld just not pay this, i keep thinkin just pay the £30 but after what i am reading i dont think i want to pay and will IGNORE all correspondence from them as mentioned above
