Bin it. then bin every other letter you get from them.."If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0

so they cannot enforce the fine? shall i ignore everything and not respond back to anything they send me?0

I think i would interpret bin them in that way yes."If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0

so they cannot get a CCJ against me or anything are you sure? i have been reading and as far at it looks they will just "invoice " me and i ignore all they send out0

Slight correction there, they would have to take you to court ( which they wont ), you would have to loose the case ( which you wouldnt with the correct defence ), they then would want their money - you dont pay - then and only then can they get a ccj or bailiff.
TCP are shysters and dont do court anyhow so yeah ignore 99.99999% guaranteed not to goto or anywhere near court. You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0 -
wickid thanks for your reply muckybutt so in any case i shuld just not pay this, i keep thinkin just pay the £30 but after what i am reading i dont think i want to pay and will IGNORE all correspondence from them as mentioned above0
