Instant Access Savings?

I need an instant access savings account to deposit ~£3000 into, with an interest rate of 5%+.

Don't mind if it's an online only account but if I could get an ATM card for it like Yorkshire Building Society used to provide with their Internet Saver, that'd be ideal. Needs to be an account that people aged 16 or over can open.

the halifax websaver comes with two options, with or without a card, but you can have both.
If you go for the without card option, it's currently 4.75% but that doesn't take into account the recent rate increase, so it will probably go up to 5%.
If you open the with card option, it's only 4.25% (so will prob go up to 4.5%). So I would keep only a small amount in the card option and most of it in the without card option.
Transfers can be done between the two accounts instantly so you don't lose interest moving money about.
