Hi
I text reminders and updates to staff and clients all day and as this takes a long time texting out the message if there was an easier way of doing this.
Ive done a search online and it seems very confusing
Does anyone have any recommendations rather than just selecting someone online?
Thanks,
Emma

Just be aware some of the cheaper ones route via overseas, try to find a UK based one, you don't need a shortcode but do you need to be texted back and see the results in an inbox? Or send only?0

When I had a Nokia phone there was a program that came with it that I used to send out multiple texts. I'd compose the text on the computer rather than using the fiddly buttons on the phone. Selecting who to send the texts to was easier using the computer as I could just click and select multiple contacts from my list of contacts on the monitor (which synchronized with my phone via bluetooth). I don't know if this is what you are talking about or whether it is something that automatically sends out texts at a set time. I could also grab a few of the contacts and organise them in different groups (while still keeping the contacts in the main contact list).
Nokia PC Suite is the name of the program - I miss the program when I switched to an Iphone. I suppose this is a fat lot of use if you don't have a Nokia phone. Although if this is a major task for you then it might be worth considering getting a cheap Nokia phone just for this program.0 -
Right, checked with CBF who I've used a couple of times, you can get PC based and web based tools, with your own number, a shared number, etc. If you can be explicit about what you need to achieve, for how many people, how often, what responses you need, etc it will make it easier to find you the right service.0
