Boiler servicing

Easy one for you folks

I have a 1 bed flat with 4 rooms heated by a 3 year old Worcester boiler that does both the heating and hot water. How much would I expect to pay for a service?

Told you it was easy!

I live in the Nottingham area and pay around £40. I live in a 3 bed house so the boiler is probably a bit bigger but I don't think the price would be significantly different.
Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning
  • The going rate here in North Essex is around £45 + vat for a boiler service. It should not make a difference what size the house is. If it is a back boiler with fire front my husband charges £55 + vat.
  • Blimey! I have an oil-fired boiler and pay £70 for a service .... and another £60 for the Aga, every six months!
    Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac ;)
