Terms and Conditions

1. To enter a competition you must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Only one entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn by the judges from all entries received by the closing date.
4. To enter the competition you may enter via the website by joining our mailing list, via our application on Facebook or you can enter by email together with your name, address and e-mail address to: competition@morayspeyside.com
5. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
6. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and MoraySpeyside reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
7. If you win the competition, we will notify you by post and / or e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to MoraySpeyside, Horizon Scotland, The Enterprise Park, Forres, IV36 2AB after the closing date.
9. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as MoraySpeyside may require.
10. The panel of judges for each competition will be appointed by Moray Tourism Destination and 4TM Services Limited.
11. The prize will not be transferable to another person without the explicit permission of the judges.
12. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
13. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
14. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
15. This competition is being run by 4TM Services Limited on behalf of Moray Tourism Destination.
16. We will collect information you supply by email or entering information into a form. On Facebook we will collect information you agree to provide during the authorisation process. Your email address will be used to subscribe you to our mailing list, which you will be able to permanently unsubscribe from at any time.
17. MoraySpeyside reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. MoraySpeyside may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
