new to the forum so not sure if this is the correct area to post ???

im organising a charity vw rally next june in aid of my son who has cystic Fibrosis....the site is https://www.dubkings.co.uk

we've set a 'ball park' figure of 499 per vehicle which includes pretty much everything bar food and petrol

my question is through our advertising campaign im looking into things ive NEVER dealt with before, which is both exciting and daunting.
like suppliers for t shirts, car stickers, posters, flyers and the list goes on.

i just wondered if anyone had any suggestions of companies where charity events appeal to them and may offer discounts/freebies in return for promoting their business as well ???

know this thread is all a bit vague but if you read the site it may become a little clearer...hopefully !!!!
