Travel insurance - worth paying more?

Thanks for your replies guys. I guess I'll just have to think a bit more about it, and make sure I go through the policy thoroughly so I know exactly what cover I'm getting.
Just to confuse matters further... I came across TravelInsurance.co.uk offering the option of an excess waiver (£0 excess) which I like the sound of. From their policy page, it looks as though the insurance is held with InsureandGo. Any thoughts on this?0 -
Just thought I'd give an update. I have just got annual cover with Direct Line (policy details) for £60. I'm sure it's not the best deal, but it has a pretty low excess (£35)... and I just got fed up of looking!0
