I dont know if this should be posted here.
I hosted a website via One.com for the past 2 years. The fee is due NOW for another year and i am to cancel/continue today.
I was surprised that they dont do any reduction whatsoever for old customer. It is in the region of 20 pounds.
Anyone better?
Cheers.

That is pretty competitive. Is it just for a single site? I've used 1and1 before and paid monthly but it was much more than that. You can get unlimited packages for about £100 for 2 years of hosting but unless you're hosting lots of sites and making money from them it's probably not worth it.0

I use Vidahost for UK hosting (Google them, I can't post a link). Their starter package is £17 for a year, with two months free. Depends whether the starter is suitable for your needs in terms of space/bandwidth though.
Support is utterly superb though, which is the main reason I recommend them. I rarely wait more than 30 minutes for a reply to a ticket, and they always give a proper solution to the issue rather than the generic responses some hosts fob you off with.0 -
