i found it was delayed when i got mine

well if you turn it off first i'd like to say don't forget to turn it on again by going the same route.

on my pc on tool bar along the top it says tools, click on that you should find an option that says popup blocker. go to that. when you hover on it a turn off blocker should appear . when you click on that its turned off.
when needing to turn on again do the same and option will be turn on blocker ,click on it and its on again

    hope that makes sense

Thanks for replying. I ve made a bit of progress. First i added 0000 for the mob fone number which another lady suggested ( did that first as it was the easiest lol) I got rid of "the hand" and the page moved on but not to print my coupon but to take me back to the previous page. So now id like to try what you suggested but how do i resolve that ? Bit thick where pc s are concerned. Thanks

    failing all that
once you've got pop up blocker back on
try filling in again get as far as you can , then hit the refresh button and see what happens.
soz but if that doesn't help then i'm not sure what you can do,unless you can see a postal option which some voucher have

Used my 2 x L'oreal hair dye vouchers today in Superdrug no problem. Not bad at £6.99 each  Be careful though - the small print does say only one voucher per transaction...

Anyone had their DTD vouchers today? None for me. Used my last one up just now. He was the nicest young male SA ever. I told him I wanted to use the voucher and he was like "no problems". Put everything through. Did the voucher. Asked me if I had a clubcard and then before I could say no, he said "Oh yeah, you don't have one" and gave me a sneaky smile. At the end, he said "I'll see you tomorrow" and gave me another cheeky smile. LOL. Think he knows what I'm up to. Bless his soul. Shame I wasn't m/sing today, would have given him top marks! LOL.
