Go Sister, you rock! I want to try and get a win with Velvet. And thank you so much to Mr T, my room is so full up I can't even walk! LOL.
And can I just say a huge thanks to MELGIRL for telling me about this top offer, and for everyone else that has posted tips and hints about DTD on here and on other sites. I got so much stuff I even did handouts to ladies at work who cannot afford a lot of these things (posh creams and stuff) I got for free. So thank you all and good luck DTD'ing.0 -
Well done TS0

Dawnie, I know it's a long shot, but have you tried going back into Tesco to see if it's turned up? I used to work in retail and sometimes people put things like that to one side meaning to take them up to the office or lost property or whatever and they don't always find their way their immediately. That's happened to me before asking again later.
Byatt sorry to hear your news too.0 -
Just won another £100 on the velvet comp (my 4th), would be even better if they actually bothered to send out our cheques, I am still waiting for cheques from the 24th February.

Can i just ask, has anyone ever had a message at self service checkout saying 'coupon not valid'. I used a coupon today which had an expiry date of todays date. I used two actually, the first one worked perfectly, the second had that message pop up. I have no idea if it's because of the expiry date or because of the fact that I may have scanned the incorrect barcode.
Can anyone shed any light on this please? I want to save myself from any possible further embarassment as im pretty much a coupon newbie0 -

:hello:Hi and welcome to the coupon thread
I don't know about anyone else, but I don't use the self scans. I assume you bought 2 of the product the coupon was for because a lot of tesco tills recognise if you haven't.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Self Scan has a very restricted limit to coupons.
But the sales assistant can quickly over-ride it.
Some times they are nice, other times they thing its robbing their own pocket.0 -

Morning all
I was reading through the Tesco Price Check DTD last night & couldn't believe some people were posting abt getting £140 or £160 vouchers back then reacting with anger over Tesco trying to put steps in place to stop this what they actually believed tesco was going to let people carry on walking out with trollies of free goods LOL.
I felt uncomfortable using a £30 voucher.
I only started doing the DTD on Monday & it was taking over my life keep checking prices what new offers blah blah then the trips to tesco wasn't getting anything else sorted so relieved for the changes & hopefully a bit of calm0
