Yes that is correct but carry on doing small shops untill you get to your £100 limit. Then calculate how much your shopping was without any coupons, dtd vouchers. Then add up all your coupons and dtd vouchers you have recieved and used and subtract the two. You should see a nice result at the end.

Got a bit of a problem here. Did a shop. Spent £8.00. Got DTD of £5.00. Printed voucher and took receipt with me. They checked the numbers at the bottom. Receipt says 16:50. Voucher says 04:50. Would not let me use the voucher. Said it was a different number. It's just the time but in 24 hour format and then 12 hour format. Tried kicking up a fuss, they would not have any of it. What to do?

Did a king sized shop. Spent £90. On same day, exchanged a DAY cream for a NIGHT cream. Thick bint at the CS put marks on the receipt. Got DTD of £50. Tried using it today and got told that any REFUNDS cannot be used and snatched the DTD voucher off me. Explained to the bint that I had exchanged for a DAY cream for a NIGHT cream, same brand and same price and that it was NOT a REFUND, but she was having none of it. What should I do? Take all the items I purchased originally for the £90 shop and get a refund or what?

I'd contact HO/CS immediately and make a very strong complaint. I am just so appalled at the manners, let alone customer service, of these people!

Can I ask where is the option for having them posted on Great Little Ideas site? When I signed up it looked as if you could only print them and I don't bother printing them now as I have had so many refused - it's just a waste of paper and ink.

Whilst I'm on it occurs to me that I sometimes have coupons arrive that are no use to me eg. for Whiskas and I don't have a cat. Is there any mileage in offering these or does the postage make it not worthwhile?

Well i gave in and went to Tesco at lunchtime - spent £86 - cannot remember the last time i spent that in one grocery shop - gonna sit down tonight and work out what i should get back but can't concentrate at mo as really upset. Back early november a dog escaped from its foster carers at the local retail park, they went back daily and saw it pretty much every day but it was too scared to go near a human, then about two weeks ago someone decided to trash the trap and fill it with rubbish and take the covers etc off, the dog had not been seen since - until this weekend when she was found dead - so upset

All the vouchers are printed with the wrong time and Tesco are aware of this. You should have rung head office whilst in the store.

Did you get another receipt/proof of changing the cream, because it may be worthwhile taking that. As far as taking the DTD voucher off you, as far as I am concerned that is theft. She could put the voucher in the till and take the money out. What I would do is go to another Tesco if you have one and try using the voucher again as you can print it again if you click on your original email.

I would also complain about the attitude, use the how did we do that is printed on your receipt.

Hi just back from first attempt at a DTD shop got
4 x heinz beans snappot
3 x spaghetti snappot
1 x princess tuna in brine
1 x vanish oxi action crystal white (was going to get 2 but were on bogof so only got 1 think i am learning lol)
1 x cornetto enigma chocolate
1 x pringles
1 x hula hoops original 7pk
plus a newspaper
TOTAL £32.76 - £5 coop CS = £27.76 shld get £29.70 DTD if I have worked it out correct so fingers crossed just entered it into pricechecker

Thanks BLUEWKD and other posters for their help & patience with us still trying to get out heads around this my DH thinks I have gone mad & spending too much time on PC which does seem like it but now I have started I am sure it will be quicker as we get used to it.
