Couldn't do it VC, already got visions of Norman Wisdom (Pitkin) in 'The early Bird' when the big bully firm were trying to put them out of business.......:p:p

Same here m4rtin, I've had the same farm delivering milk (father, now son) for 30 years. I do buy milk from the supermarket if I run out but I keep my 'daily delivery' from the milkman (you never know when you might need someone to notice the milks not been taken in ;)).

Thanks for the tip though VC, I'm sure a lot of people will use it

I use milk and more occasionally, but it is my milkman that does the rounds in his milkvan that does the delivering. Milk and more are very active in my area, trying to get us all to sign up and use our local milkman for our regular milk deliveries and anything else we need.

Reminds me of a joke - but has to be said in a scandanavian accent (no offence intended to anyone meant) -

Scandanavian Man to Shop Assistant: I would like a deodorant please

Shop Assistant - Certainly Sir, Ball or Aerosol.

Scandanavian Man - Neither, it is for my armpits...

    boom boom

    Apologies - not coupon related!

Sketch from 'Not the Nine O'Clock News' IMSR, it definitely needs the irdy birdy accent though :rotfl:

    In fact..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iS2N1mBsEdM
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)

Aesop, could that mean my milkman might already be 'signed up' to them, even though he is a local farmer?

I've just noticed on your sig that you have 'roadkills' :(. Not wanting to sound 'out of the loop' but what's all that about then? (visions of being trouted trying to offer expired hedgehogs instead of moc's at T's :o)

OMG, I never knew it came from there. I used to work with two guys who humourously bounced off each other and would insist on walking round the office in a john cleese kind of way and telling jokes that required an accent. Ahhh, I do miss that job. Rubbish job but I did laugh every day! Thanks for that!
Love, through the trees, past the sky, beyond the northern lights; and I won't let go. May your soul and spirt fly sweetheart x

My alphabet-girls are with me every step of the way x

Yes, you may be right Jonty. He has been around for years, so have never questioned it.

    LOL at expired hedgehogs...:rotfl:

I find it funny that people read it and think somehow the money has to do with animals...

no roadkill is money found dropped in the street, like 1p, 2p, 5p, 20p and very occasionally the odd £10 or £1 coin.
