How do people get so many till spits. Is there a particular time of day/week when more are issued?

Well done for getting this - just a word of warning to others that this may not work though as the vouchers do state that they cannot be used on aerosols.

I think it is just based on their spending habits, or non spending habits. Completely random like with anything. I never get till spits!
