Well, I emailed them when I had problems over DTD not related to the price check and they responded a few days later with a lovely apology and said they would send a copy of my complaint to the store in question and make sure staff were trained...of course, whether they did or not is another matter! But I did get a £10 money card.

I would have thought the customer services people should be on the ball even if the SA's aren't.

Did you see my post earlier? I'm convinced that it is only allowing one instance of surnames atm, can you try with a 1 (One) or 0 (Zero) in your surname instead of an 'O' (Oh) or ''l' ('el), keep all your other details correct just to prove the point??:beer:
ie B0WERS etc etc obviously if yer surname is Bubbs then you ain't got a lot of mileage! Suppose you could try Bu66s or 8ubbs just to prove the point?

Tesco price thread has a link to someones direct comparison site, no idea how often this may be updated or how accurate, but the items I checked were correct. Suspect Tesco will have to change the T&C's very soon as this threatens to go big..

Evening all - had another nice little shop with £13 dtd but no wombling for me:(
However shop was made better by me picking up reduced price goodies like cakes, meat & fish which I would not normally buy as they are a bit expensive. :j
