    I'm back!
Survived my first day which is surprising considering the wrong uns walking around the shopping parade! Massive Wilko's on the parade so in i go ready to stock up on Velvet promo packs .......... not a chance - none just plain packs. Popped into QDs and found 3 packs then realised my vouchers were in my other handbag! Co-Op had a shelf full of promo packs but didn't know they don't take internet vouchers -will try tomorrow tho - like others have said think just gotta get what we can now regardless of price.
Dogs have been as good as gold but by god i missed them - felt like i'd lost my right arm - very pleased to see me when i got home.
oh and guess what happened before i went to work ................ i won another £100 shaking those trees!:j
    Missed you all x

    http://www.paidtoshop.co.uk/showthread.php?t=73613&page=13

Only buy what's overpriced, dont buy bogof's and offers which work out cheaper just buy ones.

    I bought cheese strings 8's used 4 coupons £2.26p (50p off) Asda £1. £1.26p dearer at t's £1.26p x 4 = £5.04p x dtd = £10.08p Outlay = £9.04p minus £2 coupons.....

    Mars 5 pack £1.73p t's £1 Asda 73p over x dtd £1.46p back 5 mars for 27p

check items are on the price checker or will be n/a

    http://www.tesco.com/whatsinstore/pricechecksearch.asp

Banrock Reserve Cab Sauv Shiraz 75cl £10.49 ASDA £5.00
Banrock Reserve Chardonnay Verd 75cl £10.49 ASDA £5.00

£10.49p = £5.49p over x dtd £10.98p back = free wine & small profit (i searched wime on shelf by price as there was so many)
    SIMPLES!
  • evening all, I've been looking into this tesco price guarantee lark, after Sinw's clever recommendations, these are a few of the items at the moment that would give the best voucher:

first price is tesco, second is asda

    Persil Small & Mighty Colour 1890ml £12.26 £7.00
    Pepsi Max 2 Ltr Btl £1.79 £1.00

    Kelloggs Honey Loops 375g £2.35 £1.00
    Kelloggs Variety Pack 8s 196g £1.99 £1.00
    Kelloggs Start 375g £2.39 £1.00
Mccain Lightly Spiced Wedges 750g £1.85 £1.00 [possibly better with MOC?]
Mccain Winners Sea Salt & Pepr Wedges 750g £1.85 £1.00

If tesco is comparing these things on their price checker online, does anybody think I'm right in thinking they will definitely compare them from your receipt?
    Hope this makes sense...:o

    Go for it!!
Be prepared to front it out though. As its such a big difference the cashier is sure to need confirmation (unless particularly uncaring/inept) might be worth talking to customer services first, perhaps explaining away the mistakenly returned tuna. Did your children scrawl over the receipt?

Be confident and friendly, but assertive and ensure you know the details of the receipt.

Good luck, let us know how you got on.

Just to let you all know, used voucher this pm, was a breeze :j

Headed for the rarely seen happy, smiley, chatty SA. She was chuffed I had one small 28p and large £51+ voucher. Didnt ask for original reciept that those pesky kids had defaced ;) (thanks gastronomix)

Had few other coupons for Velvet tissues and washing products, bought 15 paste jars and total was £79+ before coupons, £21 after with £7.60 refund for DTD on pastes. Well chuffed.

Wombled another reciept in car park. Just about to enter these 2 fingers crossed again.

    Thanks all

    Happy pancake day all yummy!!!

Ive just seen on HDUK that in Tesco Huggies little swimmers are now reduced to £2.49 online and will be the same price instore from tomorrow. So if you still have the cardboard £2 MOC from the Asda free huggies kit they will only be 49p to pay! :D
