my answer from tescos, do l name the store or do l not. :-(
Thank you for your further email. It’s that you've encountered further problems while attempting to redeem Asda Price Guarantee coupons in one of our stores.
As I’m sure you’ll understand, we need to ensure that these vouchers are only used once. For this reason, the appropriate receipt must be presented at the time of the transaction and will be signed by our staff. There's no need for us to photocopy this receipt and it’s unacceptable that staff made you wait while they did so.
To ensure our customers don’t continue to be inconvenienced in this way I would be grateful if you would tell me which store you visited. I will then be able to speak with our Store Manager who will make sure his staff are aware of the process they should be following.
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about this. I do hope that you will give us the opportunity to address this matter with our store.
Kind Regards
Angela Gorrie

What's the Special K comp please? TIA0

Well done everyone on all your comp wins. I've only managed a 50p coupon on Velvet, but must admit only done it once as I've not found any promo packs yet.
Found Go Ahead Fruity Cake Slices (Apple & Sultana) at Home Bargains this afternoon 49p - gave SA 30p coupon and success, so bargain at 19p. Look forward to trying them tomorrow with a hot choc with squirty cream on top! HB also have some lovely Mother's Day cards at 29p - lots of M&S ones rrp £2.75.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift - the present.0 -

After the way in which you have been treated in the last few weeks I'm amazed that you feel reluctant to name and shame. Some basic training needs can be overlooked and forgiven but it appears that the staff you have encountered have poor customer service skills and attitudes.
If they dont like being corrected and give you a hard time again, continue to moan..They still wont like it but eventually they'll get the message.0 -

You have to shake the tree, a bit like the Velvet comp. NOTE: take off your pop up blocker before you start.
Click and hold down your mouse, wiggle it from side to side to shake the tree. Then you will see a kind of spinning thing appears, a bit like a fruit machine, click and get prize, mine was the £1 coupon.Think I may have found a new one. 50P OFF any GU product. They are on offer in Tesco at the mo.
