Noobie regular saver fund question

Did a forum search, didn't find what I needed, apologies if this is answered elsewhere.
I'm putting £X amount into fund A as part of a regular saver, and didn't put the minimum £1000 initial amount into the fund to start off with.
I want to stop putting £X into fund A and start putting £X into fund B instead.
Can I stop payments into fund B after a coupla months (or more, you know, it's a ballpark figure for now) and then restart regular savings of £X amount into fund A again?
I'm sure it's no problem, but would like confirmation.
Thanks very much.
