Any one called for medical should consider requesting a copy of the preboard report.

    I found mine quite illuminating.

The 10 or so pages of supporting evidence, well, err obviously had not been read, and they simply said there was no evidence and
    an an assessment was required.

The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,
and we should be deeply worried about that

No it has not, people were being assessed as normal, it was never left and people were not just ignored.

People's cases were all assessed, some on paper (as will happen with ESA) the rest by medical, as does ESA.
That was how IB was supposed to work, in practice it is quite different, as a snapshot of the claims I have come across roughly about 30-40% of cases had no review done in the last 10 years. They have all been 'Credits Only' cases but those 'Credits Only' cases led to IS cases being paid.

The ESA system, in that regard, seems to work a little but better but by no means perfectly.

Not only do you give false information, if someone actually followed half of your half wit advice, they could find themselves in danger/ severe hardship and it would be your fault you stupid person.

Seriously go to your gp and get some help.
One day there will be a knock on your door and possibly the police.
And don't be fooled into thinking you won't be found either.

That would mean the DWP were operating illegally...
