I hope no one minds me posting here - I know theres a few Chelmsfordians hiding around the forum!

I'm finally going to bite the bullet and sort out some driving lessons, its been put off and put off what with going to university and then not really needing a car back at home but its getting to the point it would be quite useful for work and seeing friends further afield.

Most of my friends learned when they were 17 so we're going on 8/9 years now and they can't remember who they used or their people retired, the internet has been fairly useless when looking for recommendations so I was just wondering if anyone local could suggest anyone worth looking at in the Chelmsford or surrounding areas?

(Any pearls of wisdom for a nervous learner-to-be gratefully accepted)

This is who I passed my test with last year. She is excellent. I was a very nervous learner and have to say if it wasnt for her I would have given up. I am 36 and used to get so nervous before lessons but I got there and passed 2nd time. Her husband is also a driving instructor if you prefer a male instructor.

Hope it all goes well for you.

Thanks SLS, she's literally round the corner from me so that would certainly be convenient!
