    My daughter did the pass plus too although she was probably a bit older than your daughter, it took her insurance at 21 down from £900 to about £500, I think that was with Provident. She's 23 now and pays around £400

    try them, they search many companies at the same time for you after ou have given them all the required information and shouild hopefully give you some competitive quotes. I had my own first policy at 19 years and it was just over £600 with Norwich Union. I am down to just over £200 now.
