Shrink Dvd and Nero

Okay, I installed Shrinkdvd last night and followed instructions so I could back up one of my dvds. Did all the stuff it is supposed to then automatically burns using Nero. At end says there was an error of some sort- something to do with Nero.
I looked on net and someone had had a similar problem and managed to sort it out by saving the dvd as an ISO then burning seperatley through Nero. So, I did that, and everything looked fine. BUT there is no sound. Have I done something wrong? Pic quality is spot on, the only audio was on the title page, choose play and nothing.
Can anyone help- have looked on net but can't find anything
