Hyper Value 20 packets of seeds for £1.00

Just been to Hyper value Barry and they are selling 20 packets of seeds for just £1.00, this included cucumbers, beetroot and cabbages. Great buy for the green fingered moneysavers out there.
I got a mixture of pansies, asters, veg and petunias should be nice for next year. Our beetroot crop was fantastic this year so I am hoping that we can have a repeat performance in 2007.

Excellent - my Dad's just got an allotment for us to share - although he'll be doing most of the work - so i'll point him in hypers direction0

ahhhh I remember when I was a youngster and Mum having an allotment next to the old Safeways (now Waitrose). I think I always had the gardening bug as when I was 12, mum and dad bought me my first greenhouse and I loved it. Now it's great fun with the kiddies, growing our own veg and for the first time this year we even grew our own pumpkins for halloween.
