yorkshire pudding without egg?

was gonna make yorkshire puddings for tea but i have no eggs i've never made them without eggs woul they be alright or shud i just not bother? were having a roast dinner so it wouldn't really matter if we didn't have any

Aren't the eggs needed to provide lift and to firm the mix up so it cooks puffed? IYSWIM.
Otherwise you'd have more of a coating batter for deep frying. Maybe a thick mix with baking powder added could work - deepfried you'd get doughnut like 'things'.Put the kettle on.
