Bought a radio controlled watch from them online just under a year ago, and whilst I was wearing it last week, a piece broke off and it fell off my wrist. I sent it back under warranty on Friday, and today I received an email to say the the full purchase price has been credited to my CC account. On top of that, I ordered another watch online on Sunday and it was delivered this morning!:T. What a refreshing change to receive such excellent customer service.
