1. The prize winner will receive a one week holiday for two people in Bali. Eight runners-up will receive a Sony Cybershot DSC-W350B camera and a DVD of Eat Pray Love.
2. Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary for entry.
3. This free prize draw closes on 14 March 2011 and all entries must be received on or before that date.
4. The prize draw will take place on 15 March 2011 and the winner will be notified via email within 1 day following the prize draw.
5. The prize is subject to availability. The promoters will book and pay for the prize as agent for the prize winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties, including without limit, the terms and conditions of the relevant hotel, airline and/or tour operator.
6. The prize must be taken by 28 August 2011.
6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value without notice. The promoters will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the prize nor for any inability of the prize winner to take up the prize.
7. The promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by the promoter or their affiliates.
8. The prize winner must notify the promoters at least 21 days prior to the selected departure date to enable to the promoters to make the prize booking. Although the promoters will seek to comply with the prize winner's reasonable requests, the travelling date and times will be subject to availability.
9. Travel insurance, transport to and from UK airports, passport and visa requirements and extras are not included and are the responsibility of prize winner and their guest.
10. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable with no cash alternative.
11. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over (who hold a valid passport), except employees of the promoters, Associated Press and the lastminute.com ltd group of companies, their families, suppliers, agents, associates or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
12. Except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, normal lastminute.com terms and conditions apply to the prize and these are available on request. Entry instructions and prize descriptors form part of these terms and conditions.
