reclaiming bank charges.. where do i write to?

i would like to reclaim unfair charges from Lloyds TSB but do not know who to write to. do I write to my local branch or the head office?

    You may as well write to yourself.

    Unless you meet the financial hardship criteria, in a spiral of charges or its your first mistake, then the banks do not need to consider your complaint (they will log it, tell you that they won the court case and reject your complaint).

    What reason do you have for complaining?
