Hi ,
If I bought an A4 sized laminator would I be able to use the credit card size laminating pouches in it as well as A4 ones ?
Never had one before , bet you couldn't guess that one eh ! :rotfl:
Thanks

Yes, it is just basically heated rollers that bond the plastic to the surface of whatever you're laminating. So anything smaller than A4 should be okay. They usually have guide markings on them to show you how to place differently sized pouches.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

I have one but I don't use it that much, and DS doesn't use it at all. Having said that, for the rare occasions that we can use it it is great.
We tend to use Tesco value pouches. You can get quite cheap laminators in Tesco too sometimes. I'm sure you can in other places too.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Wipe-clean children? You could be onto something there...I'm dreaming of a white Christmas.
But, if the white runs out, I'll drink the red.0 -
Wish I could laminate DS - he refuses to wear a coat to school even if it's tipping down!:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

You can also laminate the pouches perfectly acceptably with an ordinary iron on a heatproof kitchen worktop - it needs to be hot enough but not too hot - about 'one and a half dots' I think.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
