Security problem involving floopy

Hi, currently i am using AVG, ewido anti-spyware and spybot on my pc.
Each time i use one of these programs a windows alerts me. It states "Windows - no disk" then "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive". This is follwed by the option to cancel, try again or continue.
When using Avg this only happens once, ewido 2-3 times and spybot around 100 times when scanning. I know there is nothing wrong with my floppy cable and it is connected the right way. each time i press cancel and the programs continues to scan.
Any ideas how to stop this happening?

In the options menu, is there somewhere that says auto scan A: or something like that? (that's if the floppy is allocated as A:)0
