I had one of those for years. Keep an eye on them all the time as they are short on safety features. I remember making pea soup and the top blew off and my ceiling was absolutely covered in thick pea soup.

I for one would certainally find the other pages of the booklet useful. If you are able, and it doesn't take too much time to do, would you copy the other pages please?

    Thanks

I have now copied the whole book and zipped it and you can download it from http://s41.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=05U9V14ZGRI1035QOMET3E8KE

If you find it useful and download it could you please click on the thanks button. This is not to get me extra thanks but simply so that I can see how many people found the effort useful....Thanks.

If any of you have any problems please, please post here and we'll sort it.

By the way, it will stay at the download site for 7 days. If anyone misses it I can upload it again if you let me know.

If you ring Meyer (they own prestige) on 0151 4828000 they can give you all the info and parts info thats required.

However, as Prestige went bankrupt years ago(and was bought by Meyer http://www.meyeruk.com , some spares are limited stocks.

They will also offer you a trade in on an old pressure cooker against a new one at a good rate

I've got one of these - Prestige Ultra, it's one dot to bring up to pressure and two dots to release. I've got the manual but I can't scan it. If you want to pm me I could photocopy it and post it to you if that would help? The manual is for both the Ultra 2002, which I have, and the Ultra 2020. Hth.
