10 assorted perfume samples for £1 postage

Mine have been dispatched, but haven't arrived yet. The postage thing is interesting. I can't imagine they would have put different amounts of postage on the parcels. I imagine the parcels are at the top end of the large letter size and some sorting offices are being a bit more strict about it than others. The woman in my local post office said some of them say the packet has to drop cleanly though the hole whereas others are happy if it pushes through the hole.0

Well the package was quite fat but I didn't keep the packet to see what the postage was.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0

I too had to pay £1.66 as not enough postage on envelope. Got the card through the door today and drove to sorting office thinking it was something else I was waiting for, if I'd known it was the this I would've let them keep it! Oh well, you live and learn lol
I got a card through the door on Saturday to say that I have a delivery with a £1.69 surcharge to go and collect - I suspect that its my parcel from this lot, having been in transit now since 11 Feb. And that's after having paid £5 P&P cos I ordered a couple of other items apart from the perfume samples £2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250
£2 Savers Club 2015 #8 £250£200 :j

Yes it was my parcel. I paid £5 P&P and all they did was put a couple of 1st class stamps on it. I have emailed the company to ask for a refund of the postage surcharge at least but I note the only contact number is a mobile. Methinks a fly-by-night operation.£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

I have also got a card saying I have to pay an extra £1.66. I'm trying to decide if 10 samples are worth £2.66. Although I suppose I have already paid £1 for it and if I don't pay the extra I will have nothing for my money.
I feel quite ripped off by them. I have contacted them asking for a refund, although I don't expect to hear from them.
It is quite strange though that some people are being charged extra and some aren't and I think one person said they had been charged £1.69 extra instead of £1.66.0 -
I have a card saying I have to pay £1.66 too. How annoying. I'm going to contact them and ask them to refund it.Started comping February 2012

I've now sent numerous emails including the last one saying as I have had no response I would report them to trading standards. There has never been any reply to the 'mobile' number either. I think they're totally dodgy and rely on the fact that the sums people are being done for are so small that nobody will bother pursuing them.
If anyone gets a reply to their email I'll be surprised. Has anyone else tried the phone number?Living on Earth can be expensive, but it does include an annual free trip around the Sun.0
