I ordered this 12 days ago now and really loved the site so was looking forward to buying plenty from there as presents. I've enthusiastically bought from a couple of other discount fragrance sites before and never come across quite so many excellent bargains.
Now I suspect these sample deals are just a carrot to get people to spend more later. I certainly would have.
Nothing has been delivered. 4 emails have been ignored and having tried phoning 3 times there was a non obtainable message but the last call someone simply didn't take the call. Probably recognised my number.
I spoke to someone at perfumewarehouse.co.uk who said they are not the same people but 'there are a lot of perfumewarehouse sites'.
Some people seem to be getting these samples and possibly will go on to make bigger orders with them. I've only lost a pound after all so like most people wouldn't take the time to make a fuss but how many one pounds have en taken and no samples sent out?
If I had received mine I certainly would have spent quite a bit. I'd honestly suggest this 'Company' be handled with caution. The phone number is a mobile number only!

Mine arrived yesterday, but had to go to Post Office and pay ~£1.66 as not enough postage on envelope. wont order anything else as comments from others to varied and a lot negative.
I suppose I got my moneys worth trial and error on these things

I too had to pay £1.66 as not enough postage on envelope. Got the card through the door today and drove to sorting office thinking it was something else I was waiting for, if I'd known it was the this I would've let them keep it! Oh well, you live and learn lol

Well after reading comments here (though I had mine fine) I went to their site to have a look - also emailed to say what bad publicity they were generating and no-one would be wnated to order full size after hearing of peoples' problems. Perhaps they will sort their act out.
