    their is the possibltiy that your sister may of put the wrong email down on the contact form in error, I know I have done it several times



    The real problem is we can't get hold of them - They don't reply to emails and when phoning it just goes to answer phone

    Have you checked that their reply emails are not going direct to your spam folder?
