ASnyone else having trouble getting into Hotmail? It says they're having technical difficulties, is it general or my computer?

Can anyone get onto Hotmail? It's still saying technical problems, I can't even get onto their forum to ask as I can't sign in. How can I be certain that my account has not been hacked?0

I have a hotmail.com address and can log in just fine on their website.0

I eventually sort this out, I had to reset my password, don't know why it didn't tell me to do that, found that out by trawling through various sites from Google.0
