Indeed but that doesn't matter, the rates are hurrendous though. Although I know you just wanted to correct the poster about not being able to get it, I think the whole idea is to keep people thinking it's not possible, rather than saying it's possible but not a good idea.

If people don't think it's possible, they won't try ;)

that is yet more inappropriate comments from you

    I myself earn 12k and have a potential 13k in CC's loans and OD's

    Go figure

    P.s. i'm 20

I personally don't think my post is inappropriate whatsoever saying the OP has no chance of a loan for 10k on 12k wage.

You actually sound a bit childish TBH saying you have all that potential money in credit cards & OD at 20 years old.
If you would of told me you had 13k in savings then maybe people would be a little more envious, but to say I can BORROW 13k is exactly the kind of tw*t you are and always have been;)

This is a joke right? no parent would help the son borrow 10k for something like a holiday and car....how irresponsible....i just buy my kids cars that do not cost the earth..They pay the insurance,,and not on my policy!!!
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

Yeah a bit irresponsible, but don't tell Killasuit that, as he is 20 and the banks are ready to throw thousands at him!

Ok - sorry shouldn't have asked. Didn't mean to cause trouble between you.
  • Assuming this isn't a wind-up, the OP should seriously be asking why her (or his) son can't make his own enquiries.

Classic mistake from people who live with their parents.

Fair enough he can afford it at the moment but is he planning on living at home for the next 7 years? Because that is how long it will take him to pay it off.

Why would someone want to brag about how much credit they have access to in their signature? I am confused!

    What does that mean? Strange!
