HMR&C - tardy encashment of tax cheques

Has anyone else found that the Revenue have not yet cashed a tax chq hand delivered in am 31 jan 2011. Delivered to an internal letter box marked cheques only on the Revenue floor of the building so they have no excuse for postal problems. I stapled the chq to the Self Assessment Statement payslip so they have the right reference.
Cynical I may be but 6 days and still no entry on my online bank statement. Should I be worried?
