i partake in a works SIP scheme for shares, basically its buy one get one free, then can sell them tax free after 5 years. I currently have 812 conditional shares, work approx £10k, and wondered what amount of tax and NI I would pay on these, if I wanted to get them out now to sell?
Thanks in advance everyone

Depends how long you've had them? You pay (income) tax on the realised value if less than 3 years.

........ if you then read the link under 'Share Incentive Plans' ..... there's a table at the bottom of that document that covers it.If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
