Competition Terms and Conditions

• The competition is open to residents of the UK who are 12 years and up only.
• Closing date for entries is 18th April 2011.
• One entry per person.
• No purchase necessary.
• First Prizes consist of:
  - A Nomad Living Camper Van with all the kit you need for a weeks camping.
  - Hamper Details Here
• There is no cash substitute.
• The prize is non transferable.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
• The winning entrant will be selected by an independent judge from all completed entries with the correct answer and notified by phone or email by 20th April 2011.
• Please allow 28 days for appropriate prizes to be delivered.
• Two attempts to contact the winner will be made after which a new winner will be drawn. Up to two winners will be contacted before the prize is forsaken. Winners must respond to the promoter within 14 days of being contacted. Winners that respond after that period, will not be eligible for the prize if a second winner has been contacted.
• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the competition if is felt that it has been in any way fraudulently entered.
• The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By accepting the prize the winners agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The winner's name and location will be available by sending a SAE marked 'Yogi Bear Genesis' to the Promoter BEFORE the 24th April 2011
