Sun holiday - chosen park(s) not offered

Hi All

I have received confirmation via email to say that my holiday has been confirmed BUT the park we have been given isn't one of the 5 I picked in the first place.

Can they just give you a park willy nilly without checking what you have requested? The area is the same admittedly but definitely not what we picked.

Any advice or is it basically tough!!

    Did you tick the box 'any park in the area'? If so then they can book you into any park without checking a preference with you. If you didn't I would ring them and see what they say. Changes usually aren't allowed - but its worth asking!
