Next Directory contact details

Hi
Does anyone please have the contact details (phone number if possible) to appeal against a decline of the Next Directory Account? I've got hold of my Equifax report now and there's nothing on it except that when I applied to Next I wasn't on the electoral roll.

Thanks

tiger

That may be the problem - you have no credit history for a decision to be based on

    You can call next on

I opened a next directory account recently and they searched my experian credit report.

I should also add as well when I was making my purchase at the end it requested I made a full
payment for the goods. However when I called them to question it, they said if I made
a payment of £3.00 using a debit or credit card everything would be okay.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's just clothes and stuff. Then you have to send it all back if it doesn't fit.

    Sod that!

well that is not very helpful, I am sure the OP understands the basics of online shopping, the OP asked for a number, I personally call 0800478478 I think it is! If not try SayNoTo0870 (google it).

Also, Next offer a whole selection of good, from clothing, to designer goods, to electricals and home furnishings. :D

Same here - although wouldn't give me customer number to find out what limit is - when do you get that?

    thanks

I seen my customer number straight away online when i made the application the credit limit they gave me was only pittyful though at £250.00.

Everything I purchased ive sent back now anyway as they was too small. Guess ill just leave the account open to rack up the green zeros.
