Barclays PPI Help

I have received a letter from Barclays to say that they are "unable to provide a final response to your complaint at the moment" They go on to say that "Once the court has provided clarification as to the standards against which your complaint should be assessed we will then be able to make a final decision"

What should I do now? Wait it out or send another letter??

Any help will be greatly received!
I have left it a bit late but am trying to get PPI refunded on 3 loans and couple of credit cards that I know were mis sold to me. I have done the initial letters and forms but will need help with anything other than this!

    If you send another letter then you will get the same response.

    You either have to wait for the outcome (which could be years if appeals occur) or after 8 weeks you can refer your case to the FOS (which can also take over a year)

    Refer it to the ombudsman. what are the circumstances of the loans i.e purpose, value, single/regular premium policy attached? Cheers
